'Garna'is an individually designed,very spacious, split level 4 bedroom detached residence built approximately 20 years ago.The house lies in an area of outstanding natural beauty in an elevated position along a country lane in a small hamlet in Mynytho near Abersoch.

There are magnificent views from all main rooms over Abersoch,StTudwals Islands,Cardigan Bay and towards the Welsh mountain range.In a South-Westerly direction there are views to Porth Neigwl (Hells Mouth Bay).

Well situated for travelling to the surrounding scenic areas of the Llyn Peninsula and just a few minutes car ride to the golden sandy beaches at the Warren,Abersoch and Hells Mouth.

Garna is a NON SMOKING home and we are unfortunately unable to accept pets.Although we only take one or two week bookings it may be possible to book a short 3 or 4 day break at short notice if available.

Refurbished
The house has undergone a major refurbishment during the winter and is very tastefully appointed providing very comfortable accommodation on three floors.A large conservatory has just been added and is a lovely room to relax in whilst enjoying the stunning sea views.It has glass roof to enjoy the beautiful starlit nights that are so spectacular in this area with no light pollution.

All windows are double glazed,oil fired central heating is available and there is a large enclosed garden area.

We are constantly upgrading the property and the house has been completely externally repainted. A luxury bathroom refit will completed by April of 2003 with an additional shower unit.

Large Lounge
The large lounge has a sliding patio door opening onto the sun terrace with magnificent views across Cardigan Bay.

This is an ideal room to relax in with new furniture and wool carpets.3 seater,2 seater and and 2 x armchairs.There is also a 32 inch widescreen Sony flicker free 100Hz tv (upgrading to 42inch Home Cinema tv in Spring!)with all Sky satellite channels,video recorder,CD/Radio/tape and a selection of books and games.

There is skirting central heating installed and new living flame pebble effect living flame gas fire to complete your comfort!

Kitchen and Dining Room
The large kitchen has just been completely refitted with new Shaker style beech fitted units incorporating an electric DOUBLE OVEN and SEPARATE HOB.To complete this luxurious kitchen are brand new MICROWAVE OVEN, AMERICAN STYLE FRIDGE/FREEZER,DISHWASHER and TELEVISION.A Highchair is also provided.

The kitchen leads onto the dining area with a 6 seater dining table.The floors have been laid with beech laminate and and this theme continues through to the large conservatory with an additional four seat table and large settee.

The back of the house where all main rooms are situtated faces south and catches the sun all day long.All the outside pebble dash walls have just been freshly painted and the house is now in pristine condition.In winter months on a clear day you can see both sunrise over the mountains and sunset over Hells Mouth.

Off road parking is available for 2/3 cars and a small boat.
